VINAY NAIR

Secretary

Vinay is passionate about gifted and K-12 Mathematics Education. He enjoys working with students from all across the country through his online and offline sessions where he focuses on building reasoning skills, creativity and inquiry through Mathematical thinking. As the co-founder of Raising a Mathematician foundation, Vinay has had the pleasure of mentoring both profoundly gifted students and students with a strong dislike for Mathematics. He is equally thrilled to see his students pursue careers in serious Mathematics in institutions such as the Chennai Mathematical Institute or take the skills learnt from studying Mathematics and apply it productively to other areas of life. Vinay is also the founder of Vichar Vatika, an organization that aims at focusing on the long term goals of Mathematics Education and has worked on areas of curriculum development, inquiry-oriented education and working towards understanding causes of math phobia with NCERT. Vinay has a deep interest about history of Mathematics and the place of India in the history of Mathematics. He has authored two books and an online course on Vedic Mathematics for Chinmaya International Foundation. Vinay has given two TEDx talks on two of his main interests, 'Goals of Mathematics Education' and 'History of Mathematics'.

Finance and Risk management professional with more than 15 years' experience. Jayprakash acted as Virtual CFO (chief financial officer) for India business of more than 6 foreign companies. Jayaprakash has advised foreign companies and Indian startups in formulating and implementing India focused business strategy. He has advised cross border transactions cumulatively worth more than USD 2 billion over the last 8 years in various capacities. Jayaprakash is a regular speaker in courses conducted by Institute of Directors and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a highly rated visiting faculty with SP Jain Global business school on Finance domain. His specialization includes Mergers & Acquisitions, Fund Raising Advisory, Financial Risk Management, Due Diligence, Valuation, Feasibility Studies and Client Relationship Management.

R. HARIHARAN

Academic Head

Hari is currently an Assistant Professor in Managerial Accounting at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. He finished his PhD in Accounting from Michigan State University in 2021. He was a Deloitte Doctoral Fellow from 2019-2021. His research has been published in reputed journals such as Journal of Accounting and Economics. Prior to joining his PhD program in 2016, Hari co-founded Raising a Mathematician Foundation (RAM), where he heads the academic affairs. He was also an instructor for students pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) in India. He has a rich experience in the education sector and has taught preparatory courses from school level to master's level. Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) recognized his services in the field of education in 2015. Hari has an undergraduate and graduate degree in Accounting from University of Mumbai, India and is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2010 and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) since April 2017. He scored the highest marks in CMA exam held in Feb 2017 and was also an All India Rank Holder in CAPE-I (May 2004) and CAPE-II (Nov 2005).

Vinay Raikar is an education and training specialist with extensive experience in mentoring and consulting. He founded Campus Credential and has trained over 1 million students, partnering with renowned colleges including IITs and BITS campuses. He has a Masters in Management in Finance, and worked as a Jr Project Manager- Hexaware Technologies and Executive Director - Roy Eddington Charles. Vinay has conducted training for senior executives, managers, future managers, and students and specializes in basic aptitude skills, Technical skills, communication, exposure to relevant industries, and interpersonal abilities.

Anand Subramanian

Treasurer

Anand is a post graduate in commerce and has coached school and college students in Mathematics, Accounting and Economics for two decades. He has taught more than 5,000 students and is one of the most loved teachers. He has the art of bringing humour and mimicry into the class through which he gets every student fall in love with his subject.

Natarajan Ramasubramanian

Natarajan is a CA by qualification and has secured Advanced Diploma in Management accounting from CIMA UK. He has industry experience of over 2 decades and has worked for reputed corporates in various Finance functions. He is also a Member of Board of Studies at Mulund College of Commerce.
